Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 14, 2026
Overview
GROWTH ("we", "us") is a social content studio available on the web and as a mobile app for iOS and Android. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the GROWTH web application and the GROWTH mobile app.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in we receive your account identifier, email address, and profile name from our sign-in provider. We use this to identify your workspace across devices.
- Content you create. Posts, ideas, templates, campaigns, brand settings, and other content you save in GROWTH are stored on our servers so they are available on all of your devices.
- Subscription and payment status. For subscriptions purchased in the iOS app, Apple processes the in-app purchase and RevenueCat helps us manage purchase, restore, and entitlement status. We store your subscription status and plan, but we never see or store your full payment card details.
- AI generation inputs. When you use AI content features, the prompts and context you provide are sent to our AI provider solely to generate your requested content.
- Notification information. If you enable push notifications, we collect a device push token, notification preferences, and delivery status so we can send and troubleshoot the alerts you request.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and sync the GROWTH service across web and mobile.
- To process subscriptions and unlock Pro features.
- To generate AI content you explicitly request.
- To secure accounts and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content or personal data for advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run GROWTH: our hosting provider, our sign-in provider, Apple and RevenueCat for iOS in-app purchases and entitlements, Expo for push-notification delivery, and our AI provider for content generation. Each receives only what is necessary to perform its function.
Data retention and deletion
Your content and account data are kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account from the in-app account tools after confirming the action. Deletion removes your account identity, workspace data, active sessions, and push-notification tokens. The creation-history subsystem permanently retains sanitized snapshots of created content and their timestamps without an account, creator, or workspace identifier. Those snapshots can include text you entered, but they are not linked to your deleted identity or workspace.
Push tokens and delivery records are retained only while needed to provide and troubleshoot notifications. They are removed when you sign out, disable the relevant service, or delete your account, subject to short-lived delivery records already being processed by Expo.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and on mobile devices session credentials are stored in the operating system's secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android).
Children
GROWTH is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do. For questions or data requests, use the self-service guidance and account tools on our Support page.
